If you have completed the deduction but the gold beans have not been received, please do not worry. You can follow the steps below to investigate: 1. Wait for a moment and refresh Due to network latency, there may be a delay of several minutes in receiving the payment. Please exit the Golden Bean recharge page and re-enter, or completely close the app and reopen it to check if the balance is updated. 2. Check purchase records Go to the app store on your device to check the purchase history and confirm if the deduction was successful. IOS users: Go to the App Store>Avatar in the upper right corner>"Purchase History". Android users: Open the Google Play Store>Avatar in the upper right corner>"Payment and Subscription". 3. Contact us If it is confirmed that the payment has been deducted but has not been received within 10 minutes, please contact customer service immediately. To expedite the processing speed, please be prepared to provide the following information: Your account name Recharge date and accurate time Name of Golden Bean Package Purchased Screenshot of orders from App Store or Google Play (including order number, which is the most important proof).
